It is Youwang 1A UTC7805 TO-220 Package Positive Voltage Regulator. It's a three-terminal positive regulator and with several fixed output voltage, making it useful in a wide range of application. It has an internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and a safe area compensation. It can deliver maximum output current of 1A. Although it is designed primarily as a fixed voltage regulator, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltages and currents.
