Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. Free shipping may be available on selected products or for orders that meet certain thresholds.
Handling Delays
While most orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to stock issues, custom orders, or bulk purchases. Courier Partners & Tracking
We ship across 31,000+ Pin Codes using reliable courier services like Shiprocket. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become visible, especially during high-volume periods. If tracking information is unavailable or delayed, rest assured that your package is on its way and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Undelivered Packages and Refunds
In the rare event that a package is undeliverable, we will automatically process a full refund after the parcel is returned to us. If you haven’t received your package the expected delivery date, please check your tracking information, verify your shipping address, or contact us to resolve the issue.
For customers with previous Return-to-Origin (RTO) records, we reserve the right to cancel future orders to the same address.
Returns Policy
Our return window lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
Damaged During Shipment: If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Provide supporting evidence such as photos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Missing Item: If an item is missing from your order, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. Provide an unboxing video as proof. We will promptly investigate and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Please shoot an unboxing video when you receive the parcel and inform us immediately if any product is missing or damaged.
Items that have been mistakenly ordered by the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned in any case. Also, the order cannot be canceled after the dispatch has been done. The customer can only replace the products if any damaged or the defected item is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Specifics
For Cash on Delivery orders, if an order is intentionally returned to sender (RTO) due to customer actions, future COD orders from that customer may be blocked.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds will not be processed in cash.
