Returns Policy

Our return window lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Conditions for Return

Damaged During Shipment: If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Provide supporting evidence such as photos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.  

Missing Item: If an item is missing from your order, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. Provide an unboxing video as proof. We will promptly investigate and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Please shoot an unboxing video when you receive the parcel and inform us immediately if any product is missing or damaged.

Items that have been mistakenly ordered by the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned in any case. Also, the order cannot be canceled after the dispatch has been done. The customer can only replace the products if any damaged or the defected item is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Specifics

For Cash on Delivery orders, if an order is intentionally returned to sender (RTO) due to customer actions, future COD orders from that customer may be blocked.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds will not be processed in cash.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@hnhcart.com or Whatsapp on 9625453232.
