Description
The Toshiba TLP291- 4 is made up of a phototransistor that is optically connected to an infrared emitting diode made of gallium arsenide. TLP291-4 is housed in the SO16 packaging, which is relatively compact and thin. TLP291-4 is appropriate for high-density surface mounting applications such as programmable controllers and hybrid ICs since it has a guaranteed wide operating temperature (Ta=-55°C to110°C).
