Description
Its TCAN1044VDDFR Fault-protected CAN FD transceiver(SOT-23 -THN)‚ Up to 8 Mbps are supported by the TCAN1044V transceiver for both traditional CAN and CAN FD networks. Interfacing the transceiver IOs directly to 1.8-V‚ 2.5-V‚ 3.3-V‚ or 5-V logic IOs is made possible by the TCAN1044V's internal logic level translation via the VIO terminal. The low-power standby mode of the transceiver makes it possible to use the ISO 11898-2:2016 defined wake-up pattern (WUP) for remote wake-up. Thermal shutdown (TSD)‚ TXD-dominant time-out (DTO)‚ supply under-voltage detection‚ and bus fault protection up to 58 V are just a few of the protection and diagnostic features included in the TCAN1044V transceiver.
