Description
It's an STMicroelectronics BD139 Complementary low-voltage transistor. SOT-32 (TO-126) plastic packaging houses these epitaxial planar transistors. They are intended for use in audio amplifiers and drivers that employ complementary or quasi-complementary circuits. The NPN types are the BD135 and BD139‚ whereas the PNP kinds are the BD136 and BD140.
