Description
Its S2101 High and Low Side Driver SOIC-8 Package, S2101 is an independent high-side and low-side referenced output channel power MOSFET and IGBT driver with high voltage and high speed. Proprietary Ruggedized monolithic construction is possible because of HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies. The logic input is compatible with 3.3 V or conventional CMOS or LSTTL output. The output drivers have a high pulse current buffer stage that is built with little driver cross-conduction in mind. A high side N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT that operates up to 600 V can be driven using the floating channel.
