Ethernet network cable testing is an important part of the process, whether you're installing a new cable or fixing an existing one. Network cable testing ensures that the installed cabling links have the necessary transmission capacity to provide the data connectivity that the users require.
This LAN Tester is designed to test for breakage or signal loss in your internet or LAN connections using twisted pairs, straight, and Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6/UTP cables with RJ-11 or RJ-45 connectors. LED indicator lights that are easy to read and notify you of any probable gaps in your signal transfer via each line. RJ12, RJ11, RJ45, Cat 5e, Cat 5, Cat 6, 10/100 Base-T, AT&T 258 A, TIA-568A/568B, and other cable testers Double-twisted cables 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and Ground should all be tested in the same way. Grounding Test: 9 LED lights show wire connection on both the remote and the master unit. Problems are indicated via an easy-to-read LED display.
