Description
The REF33xx is a low-power‚ precision‚ low-dropout voltage reference family that is available in SC70-3‚ SOT-23-3‚ and 1.5-mm 1.5-mm UQFN-8 packages. The REF33xx's small size and low power consumption (5-A max) make it appropriate for a wide range of portable and battery-powered applications. With the exception of the REF3312‚ which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.7 V‚ the REF33xx may be operated at a supply voltage 180 mV over the stipulated output voltage under typical load circumstances. All variants are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C.
