Description
Its PIC16F882-I/SP 8 Bit Microcontroller Flash ICAn 8-bit CMOS Flash-based microcontroller is the PIC16F882-I/SP. The microcontroller has self-programming‚ an EEPROM data memory of 128 bytes‚ an ICD‚ two comparators‚ 11 channels of a 10-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter‚ one capture/compare/PWM and one enhanced capture/compare/PWM function‚ a synchronous serial port that can be set up as either the 2-wire Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2CTM) bus or the 3-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPITM)‚ and Two timers on the PIC16F882 devices provide the necessary power-up delays. One is the Oscillator Start-up Clock (OST)‚ planned to keep the chip in reset until the precious stone oscillator is steady. The other is the Power-up Timer (PWRT)‚ which is designed to keep the component reset while the power supply stabilizes and provides a fixed delay of 64 milliseconds (nominal) only during power-up.
Features:
-
It has High-performance RISC CPU
-
It has Power-saving sleep mode
-
Power-on reset (POR)
-
Extended watchdog timer (WDT) with its own on-chip RC oscillator for reliable operation
