Description
his is an HW-689 PCF8563 Real-time Clock RTC module. It has a variety of functions, including an external programmable clock output, an alarm, a timer, features, external quartz, and a backup battery.
The PCF8563 RTC Board provides a real-time clock function that is powered by an
onboard battery and operates independently even when the MCU is turned off. I2C real-time clock (RTC) is less expensive and more precise than the DS1302 or DS1307.
