It is an ONSemi 600V 30A MUR3060PT Ultrafast Rectifier TO-247 Package. An ultrafast recovery rectifier offers higher speed support and higher Vf than general rectifying diode. It is a highly efficient diode with high temperature glass passivated junctions. This device is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free wheeling diodes.
