Description
The MOC3041 devices are made up of an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode that is optically coupled to a monolithic silicon detector that serves as a zero voltage crossing bilateral triac driver. They are intended for use with a triac in the interface of logic systems to 115 VAC-powered equipment such as CRTs, solid-state relays, industrial controls, printers, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances, among other things.
