Description
It is Onsemi 7812T 12V 1A TO-220 Package Positive Voltage Regulator. A voltage regulator is a monolithic integrated circuit designed as a fixed−voltage regulator for a wide variety of applications including local, on−card regulation. It has an internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and a safe area compensation. It can deliver maximum output current of 1A. Although it is designed primarily as a fixed voltage regulator, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltages and currents.
