PCB spacers are often used to achieve precise spacing between components. Spacers are shaft, tube, pipe and part fittings that aid in positioning, connection and guiding.
A basic spacer is a hollow, round cylinder with a fixed length and inner and outer diameters. Clearance spacers are cylindrical spacers that are not threaded.
