Description
NXP Semiconductors 74HC245D is an octal bus transceiver 3-state SOIC package. The 74HC245 is a Si-gate CMOS device with a high speed and pin compatibility with Low-Power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC245 is an octal transceiver to non-inverting 3-state bus compatible send and receive outputs. The 74HC245 has an output enable input (OE) and a send/receive input (DIR) for direction control. OE regulates the outputs to effectively isolate the buses. It is a surface mount(SMD) active component with a plastic small outline package; 20 lead; a body of 7.5mm(SO20).
