It's a 600V 16A MUR1660CT TO-220 Ultrafast Recovery Rectifier. An ultrafast recovery rectifier offers higher speed support and higher Vf as compared to any general rectifying diode. It is a highly efficient diode with high temperature glass passivated junctions. It is mainly used in fast switching applications.
