The 8-bit MC908Q4CP Family of low-cost, high-performance microcontrollers includes the MC908Q4CP (MCUs). All MCUs use the upgraded M68HC08 central processing unit (CPU08) in the family, and a range of modules, memory sizes and kinds, and package variants are available.
