Description
The MAX695 is a microprocessor monitor used to keep track of a microprocessor system's system voltage. The device has a low voltage brownout reset and a reset output for power up and down conditions. It is possible to switch to a backup battery during a power outage. Additional features of the MAX695 include a programmable watchdog timer and write protection for CMOS RAM or EEPROM.
