Description
FAIRCHILD FQA10N80C is an 800V N-Channel MOSFET. These N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistors are made using DMOS technology. It has three terminals: gate, collector, and emitter. Its switching performance is superior, and it can withstand high-energy pulses in avalanche and commutation modes. These components are ideal for high-efficiency switch mode power supplies.
