Description
The AO3400 is a specific model of a low-voltage N-channel MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor). The AO3400 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET. It requires a positive voltage on the gate terminal with respect to the source terminal to turn it on and allow current flow between the drain and source terminals. In its default state (no gate voltage applied), the MOSFET is turned off. Low-voltage N-channel MOSFETs like the AO3400 find applications in various electronic circuits, particularly in low-voltage switching applications. They can be used in power management circuits, battery-powered devices, motor control, LED lighting, and other low-voltage control and switching applications.
