Description
Insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) is a type of transistor with an insulated gate. It's a power transistor with a MOS input and a bipolar output transistor. The 7MBR15SA120 is an IGBT Module that operates at 1200V and 15A current and is often used to drive small to large motors in inverter circuits (for DC-to-AC conversion). Motor drive inverter applications, AC and DC servo drive amplifier applications, and uninterruptible power supply applications all use the 7MBR15SA120.
