Description
Stripping 10-22 AWG solid & stranded wires cleanly, perfect for copper and aluminum cables. A simple manual wire stripper consists of two opposing blades, similar to scissors. There are several varying-sized notches. This allows the user to match the notch size to the wire size, which is important to avoid wire damage. Although a knife would also strip the wires, it could also cause damage to the wire by nicking or cutting into it. Stripping wire with a knife is also extremely dangerous! The knife is prone to slipping and inflicting severe injuries.
