Description
The 24C02 has a total of 2048 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), which is divided into 256 words of 8 bits each. The device is designed for a variety of industrial and commercial applications that require low-power and low-voltage operation. A 1.8 (1.8V to 5.5 V) version of the 24C02 IS is also available.
