Description
IN4937 is a fast recovery diode; typically fast recovery diodes are used for rectification purposes. It is a Through-hole(THD) active component. Its construction is similar to an ordinary diode. It has a P-N junction which consists of two terminal anodes (A) and a Cathode(K).
