Description
A general-purpose board-mountable preset is also known as potentiometers, trimpots, and other names, but it is essentially simply a variable resistor. Trimmer/Trimpots is a high-accuracy variable resistor with three terminal pins that can be mounted on a PCB. As the trimpot is rotated, the voltage between the terminals changes.
