Description
The EL817 device consists of the infrared emitting diode, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. They come in a 4-pin SMD package, 2 pins are for input and the other two are for output. Each device in the EL817 series is made up of an infrared emitting diode that is optically coupled to a phototransistor detector.
