Description
The MC14050B Non-inverting Hex Buffer is built in a single monolithic structure with MOS P-Channel and N-Channel enhancement mode devices. These complementary MOS devices are commonly used in applications requiring low power dissipation or high noise immunity. These devices perform logic level conversion with a single supply voltage, VDD. For logic level conversions, the input signal high level (VIH) can exceed the VDD supply voltage. These devices are Pb-free and are RoHS compliant
